The Ten Commandments
At the time of Moses, God set up a Church and a Nation. The first three commandments were Church laws and the next seven were for the Nation. These laws had punishments given by the Nation. The punishments were very severe because no Sanctifying Grace had entered into the world. The forgiveness of Christ was not yet in vogue. Nonetheless laws of the social nature were meant to make people live in peace and happiness. From a positive instead of negative way of thinking, they protect me and my family from theft, murder, adultery, etc. They are social laws that tell people how to love each other and live in harmony.
For most of the 2000 year history of the Catholic Church these laws were informed by the Nations as national laws. Even the worship of God was a National thing. Until the second half of the 20th Century most Catholic and Protestant Nations had Sunday laws. A man could protect his honor and his family without being arrested. It was only after the French revolution, where they actually made marriage illegal, have countries tried to do everything they could to destroy the unity of the family. Flags, Banners, Coat-of-Arms, and even the military emblems carried signs of our God.
One of the hardest things in this constitution to accept is making adultery a crime against the common good and the state. But until this century this was the case in every nation because the unity of the family is the backbone of every social order.
The protection of the common good of a united family must be a primary concern of any nation. Everything that can be done should be done to discourage divorce and separation for the sake of the children. I have incorporated some ideas regarding this in this constitution. As far as I am concerned, since adultery is a crime punishable by jail it should also take away any rights to any family assets including children. This would discourage divorce for any of sexual reasons. Mental and physical abuse should do the same. This will limit most other problems to just not liking each other anymore and this is not a good enough reason to make the children suffer a divorce.
Making adultery a crime would stop most people from even looking at a married person. Most of the other seven commandments of the social laws of God are covered in most governments.
