Getting everyone to vote is what I have been trying to do in this constitution. By removing every excuse for not voting I hope to have a good turnout each time. In a good Catholic Nation almost everyone will go to Church every Sunday and therefore Sundays will be the best time to vote and the Churches the best place to vote. I was in the Philippines during the election between Marcos and Cory Eckino. Nuns and priest guarded the poling booths as they expected fraud. I was there at one poling booth when a man tried to steal the box. He was stopped by my camera.

People remembering to register is one problem in low turnouts and I do not see any reason for registration. All that is needed is an ID and that the people in the Church know the person. This is best done by using the Churches. The other problem is a special trip to vote and this can be done by doing the voting at the Sunday Mass which is not a special trip. It might be a good idea for the Church to also make it a special day with a barbecue or something like that.

Voting should mean that a majority of the people want something. But in most countries it only means compromise between several people or someone gets in office with less than 50% of the vote. I am trying to avoid that at all costs. In the beginning of the American constitution only the head of the household voted and I was considering that because it has some merit. Today however women are educated and should be even if they are to be housewives. I think women should marry at a younger age and men should marry at an older age because women mature much sooner than men, so this did have some merit in my mind. But even married woman could continue their education for a time.

In American elections turnout has dropped to 34%. People feel they have to real choice and they are right. The internationalists choose who you can vote for. This is true of the newsmedia also where the internationalist choose what news you can have. The internet is the only place you can get all the news and the real news. In the long run it will be the internet that saves many people from being controlled.
