Why have a Monarchy?

Throughout history Monarchs have been both good and bad. Even at the time of the bible, the first king, Saul, did many bad things and had to be removed by the High Priest, Samuel. The great king, David, had an illegal son by another man's wife and murdered the husband. Solomon broke every rule set down by God for kings and as a punishment from God his children divided the kingdom.

The monarchs of Europe were all from the same blood lines and ruled by the Divine Rite of Kings, and yet many were very bad and even went against the Pope. Several of the Portuguese kings were excommunicated and yet still defied Rome. Italian kings attached the Vatican and placed the Pope in jail. America was founded to get away from the joke of kings. Why then have a king at all?

In any government there must be a chain of command. The top spot in the government is the position everyone wants because of its prestige and honor. If there is no top spot, someone will create one. Some people will almost do anything to get or even create the highest position in the land just for the power and the prestige and honor. This causes corruption, bribes, death, promises and lies. If this top spot is left to the election of the people, millions of dollars will be spent to convince the majority in favor of one person or another. Everyone running for this office will lie about anything and anyone to win the election. Not one of these people will be educated in the fine art of being a top leader of a nation because there is no such education. It is an education that takes a life time.

Once in this top spot the major occupation of the leader is not to lead but to keep the top spot. He spends all his time worrying about not loosing the job. He hires experts in how to dress for votes, how to talk, how to look. He hires the best speech writers. Because he is preoccupied with holding his job, he hires other people to run the government for him and just signs what they come up with. This is where the internationalists come in. They spend generations preparing these "experts" to be ready and in the right place at the right time to be the advisors to these leaders in every country in the world. They let the man have the prestige and honor as long as they make the rules.

A King, as long as his power is restricted, has nothing to gain or loose by any corrupted influence of others. He is king for life. His children will be kings after his death. He will have all his needs taken care of. He will have the major prestige and honor of the Nation. He then becomes incorruptible. He has only to please the Pope, who is the only one who can remove him from office.

Since all will know who the king is and that his children will be the next kings, they will also live their lives in respect and obedience to the King. They in fact, will love the king because he represents them.

His family will be trained from birth to be leaders with all the qualities needed for the job. If from birth a man is trained for one thing and one thing only he will be reasonably good at it. To represent the people to foreign governments one must know history, international law, many languages, the weakness and strength of nations, and even the individuals he is to deal with. He must know his own country, its natural resources, its assets, its weaknesses, its people and their strength and weakness. He must have honor and know what it means to himself and his Nation to be honorable. He must be holy and just. He must love his Nation and its people.

In conclusion a king is incorruptible. He is trained from birth to be king. He owes no one anything and needs nothing. He has only to obey the Holy Father.
