Most important is that this Nation is a Catholic Nation. The Catholic Church is not a democracy. We as Catholics depend on the promise of Christ that the Holy Spirit guides one man and only one man with the guarantee of God's help in faith and morals. By the law of God we must obey him in all things except sin. The only real guarantee of always doing God's Will is by obeying the Holy Father. That is why this must be written in the laws of a Catholic Nation. If it is God's Nation it must be a Catholic Nation.

In the Bible the High Priest was the final law of the Nation. He anointed the King and he could remove the king from office. In the time of the first Catholic Emperor, Constantine, he knew the law of kings from his saintly mother. He knew that the pope was higher in authority than himself, as leader of the secular world. For this reason he left Rome to the Holy Father and moved to Istanbul. As time went on, however, other kings and Emperors did not obey the Holy Father as they should have. For this reason this must be written in the law of a Catholic Nation.

There is nothing more anti-Catholic according to Saint Pope Leo XIII than the idea of separation of Church and State. This is a Masonic idea. Prior to the so-called war to same the world for democracy, which was just a way to get ride of Catholic Nations, most of the civilized world was under Catholic Kings. They were not perfect and that is why we need written law, but they were better than what we are facing today where it is almost impossible to be a good Catholic without hiding from the world. Opus Dei is trying to make saints out of regular people and even Opus Dei is attached as being extremists.

Why run the schools, hospitals and other government services by Catholic priests and nuns? Because all these things were first invented by the Catholic Church. But most important of all is that they will be run better and cheaper with less tax dollars from the people.

Saint Ambrose wrote about the dignity of the priest before he was even made a priest. In this document he said that because the priest stood in the place of Christ, the priest was the highest honor in the entire world, even higher than the Emperor. To prove this he stood down the Emperor and did not let him in his Church. This honor must be restored in the actions of the people so that the children learn this lesson. In this nation we will not even let the priest refuse the honor, which is to Christ and not to the man. By kissing the hand of the priest we kiss the hand of Christ.

Every Government action will be with prayer first and last. Every major function will be overseen by the Church and reported to the Holy Father. The great wars in the history of Europe and the Holy Land were won by prayer and not by might or the number of men.

By being a Nation of written law, the Nation even protects itself against bad priests and bishops because even the priests and bishops must obey the law. Any priest or bishop violating the moral law will be driven out of the Nation and sent to the Vatican for its discipline. No priest or bishop will violate the written law of the Church in sermons or teachings without a violation of the state law for the state law is obedience to the Church law.
