We Americans must educate ourselves and get our
heads out of the sand. Know, act with
courage, and win the war because we are in a war for our very basic freedoms,
freedom of property, freedom of speech, freedom of self defense and freedom of
religion.
After 40 years of dumbing
down our education system it is no wonder that many (most) Americans do not
even know the meanings (semantics) of what they read on the internet or hear on
the news. When someone called BO a
socialist, they have no idea what a socialist is but not wanting to look as
stupid as they are, they attack people like me for calling him a bad name. When I defend Constitutional Government
against pure democracy, they think I am attacking
Democracy
is rule of the majority, not rule of law.
In other words, if today the majority thinks we should all have equal wealth, that would be the law until the majority changed it
in the next meeting.
Monarchy
is the rule of everyone by one person without any restrictions on him.
Theocracy
is like monarchy except that high priests make the laws (supposedly what God
wants) and everyone must obey. As the
high priests change or die, these laws can change but the people have no say in
the laws, and no freedom whatsoever.
Communism
is where the government owns all the means of production and
thought. The government owns everything
including the news media, the churches, the schools
and even thought, leaving no freedom whatsoever.
Socialism
is private ownership of production but government control of that
production: Private ownership of property
but government control of that property, private ownership of the news media,
but government control of that media, leaving no freedom whatsoever.
Nazism
is private ownership of property and production but absolutely total
control of everything. A centralized Nazi government can tell owners what to
make, how much to charge, who to hire and not hire, where to live and what to
think, and total control of the news media and the banks. No freedom whatsoever.
We
call this the rule of law. In 1776, the notion that no one is above the law was popular during the
founding of the
Founding Fathers of

All government officers of the United States,
including the President, the Justices of the Supreme Court, the Military and
all Members of Congress, , pledge first and foremost to uphold the
Constitution. These oaths affirm that the rule of law is superior to the rule
of any human leader. We do not pledge to a president but to the
constitution.
The rule of law is fundamental to the
western democratic order. Aristotle said more than two thousand years ago, "The rule of law is better than that
of any individual."
The rule of law, also called supremacy
of law, is a general legal maxim according to which decisions should be
made by applying known principles or laws, without the intervention of
discretion in their application. This maxim is intended to be a safeguard
against arbitrary governance. The word "arbitrary" (from the Latin
"arbiter") signifies a judgment made at the discretion of the
arbiter, rather than according to the rule of law.
Progressive? Does anyone out there know
what it means to be a progressive? You
hear Democrats and Republicans say that they are Progressive Democrats or
Progressive Republicans. The word goes
back to the early 1900s when presidents and congressmen wanted to bypass the
constitution and do things that were not allowed by the rule of law. They got away with some of these things
because no one challenged them in the Supreme Court. Some progressive things continued down the 20th
century simply because no one challenged them.
Little by little we have diminished the powers of the states and the
individuals and gave more power to the Federal Government, which is a violation
of the constitution.
BO is a liar and a socialist
Now when I say that BO smells of socialism, I do so
not by what he says but by what he does. People fell in love with what BO said
during the election but did not bother to look into his background. Everything about his background: his childhood and Marxist mentor, his college
and the Marxist teachers he admired, his life in
During the elections, what the media did not report
is that BO used tens of thousands of Campaign Donations to hire lawyers to
prevent anyone looking into his birth certificate or college records. In this
alone there are three violations of the law and the news media said nothing.
The reason for this is that he is not an American born citizen as required by
law, he is not allowed to use Campaign Donations for lawyers as the law
requires and since a freedom of information act was filed we learn that his
college was paid for by a grand only given to foreign students, and the docs
reveal his real name. So again he is a

Number Thirteen (BO’s real name)
During the elections BO said that he would surround
himself with the best in the country in their fields like Paul Volcker and a bi- partisan cabinet.
However, BO lied again because Paul Volcker
was not even called into the meeting on the economy and BO went on to bi-pass
the cabinet by appointing over 35 Czars, most of which come out of Boston and
have Marxist or Socialist views. Non of these Czars went through background checks or
congressional oversight that cabinet members have to do. This is again a violation of the
constitution. So again he is a liar.
BO won the election because of the crash of the
economy just a few weeks before the election, and he was able to blame Bush for
this. He promised to get us out of this
recession right away with a substantial stimulus bill as his first
priority. Within a few weeks a 1000 page
bill was passed that no one read. In
fact, no congressman or group of congressman could have written this in such a short
time period. Later we learn that an affiliate
of Acorn wrote the bill which was 10% stimulus and 90% socialist programs that permanently
expand the Federal Government. In
signing the bill BO promised it would create 3,000,000 jobs and stop the unemployment
at 8%. In fact it did not create one
single job and the unemployment is now at 10% and this is 8 months later. So again he is a liar.
BO said that he would not look back on things the CIA
did in the Bush Presidency, but would look forward. Instead he is still investigating and
accusing the CIA of violations and this has made the CIA to paranoid to defend
this nation. Many are taking early
retirement and many others do not want to fill their places. This is destroying our ability to defend the
nation. So again he is a liar.
When General Motors and Chrysler were facing
bankruptcy BO surprised me by just letting them go into bankruptcy. What I did not expect is that the government
took control of this and violated every Constitutional Rule of Law that there
is. To protect the Unions, BO buried
those with secured loans, stock holders and dealers. Under a true bankruptcy those with secured
loans have first rite to the fixed property of the company because they gave
money based on first right to the property just like banks make loans on houses
and in fact they own the house until fully paid for. When BO set them aside in favor of unions he
violated the Rule of Law in the constitution.
When he gave the unions 1/3 of the stock of the company he deleted the
value of the stocks held by stock holders and this violated the Rule of Law in
the constitution. When they closed down dealerships,
they violated signed contracts by these dealers without any compensation. This is socialist or strong arm government
over Rule of Law.
BO said he is not a socialist but his action show
otherwise. I say that he is a liar.
In a resent speech BO said that the new health care
bill would not pay for Abortions. But
now that we read the bill we see that it does use tax money to pay for
Abortions and in fact will force doctors to give abortions or loose there
jobs. For this reason even the very
liberal NCCB wrote to BO and said they would appose this health care bill. At the same time BO lifted the ban on Tax
money going to foreign countries for Abortion.
In a speech at a Catholic dinner, and during the campaign BO said he
would work to reduce Abortions. Would
you not agree that he is a liar?
One of the reasons it has taken me so long to write
this Newsletter is that I wanted to read the 250 page Health Care bill being
passed today. BO said that the reason we
needed a health care makeover is to save the economy and reduce the costs of
health care to businesses and people. Also to save Medicare and Medical which
will go broke in 2016 and 2012. BO
promised to outlaw pre-existing conditions, make sure the 43,000,000 uninsured
would have health care insurance. BO
also promised that he would not sign a bill that added one cent to the Federal Deficit. “Not one cent of new tax to anyone who made
less that $25,000 a year.”
However, the bill I read will add $4000 per year in
taxes to everyone by 2012 and $10,000 per year by 2017. It will leave 25,000,000 uninsured and
bankrupt most if not all Insurance companies.
Let us look at just the unforeseen consequences of two things put
together. The Insurance companies were
not upset about covering pre-existing conditions provided that 43,000,000
people were added to the total, because most of these people are healthy and
this would cover the additional costs.
But when the final bill put fines of a few hundred dollars on those who
do not have insurance and only adds 18,000,000 people to the insured, they
claim the results will be insurance going up $10,000 a year. If I am a young man or woman, why should I pay
$4,000 to $10,000 a year for health insurance when I can pay a fine of a few
hundred dollars in fines a year. Then if I ever have a real health problem,
even a car accident, I can then get insurance even though I am already sick or
injured and they cannot refuse me. It is
just common sense that I do not need insurance until something happens to
me. How stupid.
Now
look at the political implications of this bill. The taxes of the bill will start right now,
but the costs of the bill will not start until after the 2010 elections and the
big costs will not start until after the 2012 elections, so that the real pain
of the bill will be after the elections.
In fact the real costs will not be felt until after the 2016
elections. That real cost will add Seven Trillion Dollars to the debt. No need to talk about this now, but the very
concept of Federal Health care is unconstitutional. How many lies do you count here? See Reference Number Eight

During the campaign for President BO promised to
close the borders, but the one thing that does work, a worker’s ID that was
passed by Bush was repealed under BO.
Last week he announced that he was adding 4000 new border patrolmen to
the Canadian border but did not announce that he took them away from the
Mexican border. Is this not a lie so
far?
Of course I am happy about this but during the

I do not see it as any real worry. In fact
I see the H1N1 vaccine as more dangerous than the flu. I don’t know if I believe everything I read
but I do not trust anything that was developed so fast without the normal long
term tests. I hear rumors that it has
lead in it, that it contains birth control, that it sterilizes people, and much
more. But the truth is that I see no

in the barracks of our military bases and ships by removing the existing laws
against any sexual exchange on basses.

through the BO Cabinet and Czars that will prevent churches and the media from

We need to organize. There are millions of people
who think like I do but they do not know each other. Time for us to get to know
our neighbors. Time to have block meetings about what
is going on. Time for us to sign
up on the internet with the Town halls, the Tea Parties, groups like AsAMother.org., the 9-12 project, etc. If you set back with your music, football,
soap operas, and sit comes, we will loose this nation to the communists.
I am convinced that anyone who still supports BO is
a Communist or Socialist or just plain stupid.

the press continues to refer to "the Republican recession," so Obamas popularity remains high. Any who saw tapes of
President Bush warning Congress (on two separate occasions) that the market was
headed for disaster unless it instituted the very reforms Barney Frank and
Chris Dodd pooh-poohed, may be surprised to see the level of cover the press is
providing this revolution.

philosophies, public backlash against globalization, upsurges in online

I am a student of history.
Professionally, I have written 15 books in six languages, and have studied
history all my life. I think there is something monumentally large afoot,
and I do not believe it is just a banking crisis, or a mortgage crisis, or a
credit crisis. Yes, these exist but they are merely single facets on a
very large gemstone that is only now coming into a sharper focus.
Something of historic proportions is
happening. I can sense it because I know how it feels, smells, what it
looks like, and how people react to it. Yes,
a perfect storm may be
brewing, but there is something happening within
our country that has
been evolving for about 10 - 15 years. The pace has dramatically
quickened in the past two.
We demanded and then codified into law the
requirement that our banks make massive loans to people whom we knew could
never pay back? Why? We learned recently that the Federal Reserve, which
has little or no real oversight by anyone,
has "loaned" two trillion dollars
(that is $2,000,000,000,000) over the past few months, but will not tell us to whom or why or disclose
the terms. That is our
money. Yours and mine. And that is three
times the $700B we all argued about so strenuously just this past September.
Who has this
money? Why do they have it? Why are the terms unavailable to
us? Who asked for it? Who authorized it? I thought this was a
government of
"We the People," who loaned our
powers to our elected leaders. Apparently not.
We have spent two or
more decades intentionally de-industrializing our economy. Why?
We have intentionally dumbed
down our schools, ignored our history, and no longer teach our founding
documents, why we are exceptional, and why we are worth preserving.
Students by and large cannot write, think critically, read, or
articulate. Parents are not revolting, teachers are not picketing, school boards continue to back mediocrity. Why?
We have now established the precedent of
protesting every close election (now violently in
by allowing unelected
judges to write laws that radically change our way of life, and then mainstream
Marxist groups like ACORN and others to turn our voting system into a banana
republic. To what purpose?
Now our mortgage industry is collapsing,
housing prices are in free fall, major industries are failing, our banking
system is on the verge of collapse, Social Security is
nearly bankrupt, as is Medicare and our entire government. Our education
system is worse than a joke (I teach college and know precisely what I am
talking about.) The list is staggering in its length, breadth, and
depth. It is potentially 1929 x 10. And we are at war with an enemy we cannot name for fear of offending
people of the same religion who cannot wait to slit the throats of your
children if they have the opportunity to do so.
And now we have elected a man no one knows
anything about, who has never run
so much as a Dairy Queen, let alone a town
as big as
Mr.. Obama's winning platform can be boiled down to one
word: Change...radical change. Why?
I have never been so
afraid for my country and for my children as I am now. This man
campaigned on bringing people together, something he has never, ever done in
his professional life. In my assessment, Obama will divide us along
philosophical lines, push us apart, and then try to realign the pieces into a
new and different power structure. Change is indeed coming. And
when it comes, you will never see the same nation again.
And that is only the beginning.
I thought I would never be able to
experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s. In
those times, the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the
streets, about whom the average German knew next to nothing. What they
did know was that he was associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and
pushed around people with whom they disagreed; he edged his way onto the
political stage through great oratory and promises. Economic times
were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker.. And he smiled and waved a lot. And people,
even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that
his "brown shirts" would bully
them into submission.
And then he was duly elected to office,
with a full-throttled economic crisis at hand [the Great Depression].
Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, department by
department, person by person, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The kids joined a Youth Movement in his
name, where they were taught what to think. How did he get the
people on his side? He did it promising jobs to the jobless, money to the
moneyless, and goodies for the military-industrial complex. He did it by indoctrinating the children, advocating gun control, health
care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once
again in the country, across
He did it with a compliant media - Did you
know that? And he did this
all in the name of justice and....change. And
the people surely got what they voted for. (Look
it up if you think I am exaggerating.)
Read your history books. Many people
objected in 1933 and were shouted down,
called names, laughed at, and made fun of. When Winston Churchill pointed
out the obvious in the late 1930s while seated in the House of Lords in
his seat and called a crazy
troublemaker. He was right, though.
Don't forget that
Hell is paved with
them.
As a practical thinker, one not overly
prone to emotional decisions, I have a choice:
I can either believe what the
objective pieces of evidence tell me (even if they make me cringe with
disgust); I can believe what history is shouting to me from across the chasm of
seven decades; or I can hope I am wrong, close my eyes, have another latte and
ignore what is transpiring around me.
Some people scoff at me; others laugh or
think I am foolish, naive, or both..
Perhaps I am. But I have never been
afraid to look people in the eye and tell them exactly what I believe - and why
I believe it. I pray I am wrong. But, I do not think
I am.

President Obama abandoning his proposal to require veterans carry private
health insurance to cover the estimated $540 million annual cost to the federal
government of treatment for injuries to military personnel received during
their tours on active duty. The President admitted that he was puzzled by the
magnitude of the opposition to his proposal.
"Look, it's an all volunteer force," Obama complained. "Nobody
made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now
they whine about bearing the costs of their choice? It doesn't compute.." "I thought these were people who were proud to
sacrifice for their country,
"Obama continued. "I wasn't asking for blood, just money. With the
country facing the worst financial crisis in its history, I'd have thought that
the patriotic thing to do would be to try to help reduce the nation's deficit.
I guess I underestimated the selfishness of some of my fellow Americans."

status. To truly protect religious freedom, the government needs to get out of

other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing today in

Carter refused to hear Obama's request for dismissal
today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, since Obama's
attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday. He indicated there was
almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama
is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can
believe that. I guess Obama would prefer a
"kangaroo court" instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge
Carter denies Obama's motion for dismissal, he will
likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely
manner (if he has one).

serious case which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their
Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to
