EMAILS DEFENDING THE KNIGHTS OF SAINT JOHN
The following emails defend or correct my newsletter on the Knights of St. John. I let you judge for yourself what is true and what is not. In some cases I have inside information that I am not allowed to reviel on the web site. But let me say that I welcome these letters and beleive they convict themselves. Nothing will convince me that the Knights of St. John are Catholic except their union with this Pope, Pope John Paul ll.

I get tired of looking at your pile of slop in my email box.
For Only the ones whom follow the doctrines of the Church are in the Church.
The rest are pulling their own leg. And that includes you. Dont you think
for one moment that we are not in the Apocolypse and that the three days of
darkness is not right around the corner. For all those whom worship

worship the devil (Beast) and that is exactly how sneaky the devil is. Wake
UP. For God has blinded you severly, and all those whom do not follow- and I
MEAN FOLLOW the Bible. This is Catholic, and all those out there today are not
valid with their ordinations. That means they are false Apostles. As no
doubt in my mind according to MY Fathers Word of His Book, was John
XXIII ever
a POPE. Nothing but a souped up Masonic Jew, Pagan and one who worshiped
Humanism. From that point in time, the Catholic Church dissapeared. But we
are STILL HERE. It is just that you cannot see us. And if you wish to be
Catholic, then you must make the profession of faith all over again, inside
the true Church. As we do have a POPE and a real one. One
whom follows
doctrines and does not contradict Himself or the doctrine. And one whom
understands the dreadfulness of 1963. So go ahead Rick. Keep on being the
fool and enjoying the life of the serpent. For I would not enter into your
snake pit not even for one second. As My Most Blessed Lord Jesus deserves a
whole lot better than that from me about His Church. The Rome VII and all
acomplisses within are hereby excommunicated and have been for many many
years. They cannot even obtain an entry into the Catholic Church because of
all that they have done. For the ones I speak of have Blasphemy the Holy
Ghost which is why the Pope will not allow them in. They are permenently
excommunicated. Anotherwords, On their way to hell. And the ones I speak of
know whom they are, and they will not tell anyone of their awfullness. For
they would rather take with them as many as they can. So they go on with
there sharade, fooling the public, and many many more. Though they will never
fool the Catholic Church.

Dear Rick Salbato,
It has come to my attention that you are spreading false information about
Our Lady of the Rosary School over the internet and with
e-mail.
I will ask you in a very friendly way to stop promoting this kind of false
nonsense and point out that what you are doing is not Catholic and very
possibly sinful. It is ironic that you are telling people that certain
people are not Catholic and then not acting as a Catholic yourself. I would
also suggest that you take a "good" course in Catholic moral theology so you
would be aware of the numerous theological deviations you have taken. Many
good and holy people, and organizations, have been hurt by this kind of
irresponsible tale mongering and, as you know, the damage is double because
the spreader of the tales also does damage to his soul.
Catholics using e-mail and web sites need to be very careful of violating
the 8th Commandment, among other teachings of Christ. No Catholic may be an
advocate of the 'freedom of speech' condemned by Blessed Pope Pius IX. this
kind of irresponsible tale-mongering smacks of such a violation.
I am going to you first, as a fellow Catholic, and asking you to stop
spreading these calumnies about Our Lady of the Rosary School, as scripture
and the Church tell me to. I am also asking you to repair any damage you
have caused.
However, because this is such a dangerous and damaging undertaking you are
engaged in, I must inform you that Our Lady of the Rosary School is prepared
to take you to Federal Court if you do not stop spreading
these calumnies
and repair any damage you have caused.
In other words, if the fact that what you are doing is very possibly gravely
sinful, and that doesn't seem to bother you, then I bring the fact that it
is illegal to your attention. We will turn over every repercussion that we
receive from your slander and calumny, and every instance of this nonsense
that appears on the web, to our legal department and seek punitive damages
and monetary reparation in Federal Court.
I hope you will take the friendlier path and not cause us to proceed with
legal proceedings.

Dear Rick Salbato,
In reference to my last email to you regarding your erroneous, slanderous,
and damaging statements on your web page, I am forwarding you three of your
calumniating statements so that you can correct these errors immediately. I
am still aghast that you claim to be Catholic and make untrue statements
like this in public, based on your own assumptions and then proceed to
remove people from the Holy Roman Catholic Church at will, your will.
I AM OFFICIALLY INFORMING YOU THAT NO EMPLOYEE OF
OUR LADY OF THE ROSARY SCHOOL IS, OR EVER HAS BEEN
A MEMBER OF THE KNIGHTS OF ST. JOHN.
This statement on your website is untrue, slanderous, and damaging to our school
and the people in it. I expect you to correct this error immediately and
post a public retraction.

have to say that one is sinning by attending the New Mass? It is my opinion
that the Knights of St. John and those who belong to them which I hate to
report include some people in Our Lady of the Rosary Home School and Thomas
Nelson, are no longer members of the Holy Roman Catholic Church. You can
make you own conclusions because what follows is their own defense taken

At last count, there are over a thousand Brindles in the US alone. Just
because some of them surfed to this page and signed the guest book does not
connect Bob Brindle and Our Lady of the Rosary School with this article,
that page or the people who signed it. This is another of your erroneous
and misleading statements on your page. Again, this is serious and it is
not a good example of Catholic Action. I strongly refer you to the 8th
Commandment and all that it infers. Maliciously trying to destroy a person,
persons, or organization reputation is a serious breach of this Commandment,
besides being a cause for legal action on the part of those maligned.
Again, our attorneys tell us that we should expect immediate elimination of
these erroneous and damaging, false conclusions and statements from your
page and a public retraction, as they were public defamations.

I am under the assumption that we are handling this in a Catholic manner-
i.e. I am informing you of your errors and assuming that you will eliminate
these errors and make a real effort to repair the reputation of those people
and Our Lady of the Rosary School. Our attorneys tell us that this is the
least we can expect. They also inform us that if this is not attended to
immediately, then we should proceed with legal action, in Federal
Court,
against the perpetrators and the ISP involved in the spreading of malicious
falsehoods.
Our legal department is taking this very seriously, as you should be in
regard to the 8th Commandment and all that it implies. They will be
checking your website and looking for the elimination of said statements and
some form of public reparation.

Here is another example of your erroneous linking of Our Lady of the Rosary
School to The Knights of Saint John and thereby spreading false and
malicious information about Our Lady of the Rosary School.
The more we look into this problem, the larger it seems to be getting. It
is now clear that there is some serious and malicious character
assassination going on here. The example enclosed is an email sent out by
you (Rick Salbato). We are now aware of, not only malicious character
assassination posted on your web site, but also of the same illegal and
un-Catholic defamation of character being conducted by you through email.
Rick, this does not seem to be an oversight. It seems to us to be a
malicious attack, with forethought, on Our Lady of the Rosary School and its
employees and students by association.
I am hereby demanding that you send me a letter informing us that you have
taken the defamatory statements off of your web site and that you have
informed all of the people that you have spread this malicious and erroneous
information to by email that it is untrue. Also that you post on your web
site a public retraction to try to undo the damage you may have caused.
I am trying to handle this in a friendly Catholic manor, however, the size
and the scope of what you are doing has caused me to turn this over to our
legal department. They inform me that if you do not attend to this matter
immediately in the manor described above, then you and your ISP provider
will receive a letter from our attorneys and we will proceed to pursue it in
Federal Court.
We will be expecting the elimination of the malicious and erroneous
statements, referred to in my previous email sent to you earlier today, to
be eliminated from your web site immediately, and a letter informing us of
your compliance with the above demand within a few days. If we do not
receive it within a few days, then the next contact you and your ISP
provider will have with us will be through our attorneys.
