In the end My Immaculate Heart will triumph. Triumph over what? How? In order to understand the answer we have looked into the history of the devotion and the meaning of Immaculate Heart. We have looked at the evolution of apparitions of the Sacred Heart, The Immaculate Heart and the two Hearts. We have read the plea of Jacinta to Lucia and the world for this devotion and how Our Lady wants it. We have seen the problem in Portugal and the world and how her prophecies all came to pass. Or have they all come to pass? One prophecy, without conditions, may not have come to pass yet.

On July 13 Our Lady told the children that She alone could bring peace to the world and asked them to offer sacrifices for sinners saying, "O Jesus, it is for your love, for the conversion of sinners and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary."

"You see hell, where the souls of poor sinners go.... To save them God wishes to establish in the world the devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If they do what I will tell you, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.

When you shall see a night illuminated by an unknown light, know that it is the great sign that God gives you that He is going to punish the world for its crimes by means of war, of hunger, and of persecution of the Church and of the Holy Father.

"To prevent this I come to ask the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart AND the Communion of reparation on the Five First Saturdays. If they listen to my request, Russia will be converted and there will be peace. If not, she will scatter her errors through the world provoking wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated.

"In the end my Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, and it will be converted and a certain period of peace will be granted to the world.

On December 10, 1925, "Have pity on the heart of you most Holy Mother. It is covered with thorns which ungrateful men place therein at every moment and there is no one to remove them by an act of reparation."

Our Lady then held out her thorn-wreathed Heart and said; "See, my daughter, my heart, surrounded by thorns with which ungrateful men wound it at every moment by their blasphemies and ingratitude. Do you at least console me and announce that I promise to assist at the hour of death with all the graces necessary for salvation, to all those who on the first Saturday of five consecutive months, confess, receive Holy Communion, recite 5 decades of the rosary, and keep me company for 15 minutes while mediating on the mysteries of the rosary, with the intention of making reparation to me."

Jacinta

At the parish church, Jacinta was crying and Our Lady appeared to her: "Why are you crying?" Jacinta answered: "Because I do not know how to meditate on the mysteries of the Rosary." Our Lady took her back in time to see first hand all the mysteries of the Rosary and we will deal with that on another newsletter called, "Mysteries of the Rosary in the Light of the Mystics"

"Our Lady can no longer hold up the hand of Her Beloved Son over the world. It is necessary to do penance. If people reform, Our Lord will save the world. But if they do not reform, He is going to punish it."

"My little mother, pray for those who govern. Alas for those who persecute the religion of Our Lord! If the government of a country leaves the Church in peace and gives liberty to the Holy Faith, it will be blessed by God."

 In 1884 Pope Leo XIII saw a vision where Satan was granted 100 years to destroy the Church. In 1984 the Holy Father consecrated the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. In my document "Fatima Reconsidered" I show what happened right after the consecration and for the next ten years. I will speak more on Pope Leo XIII later as he is my answer to the final victory of the Heart of Mary, but let us consider these points.

"Russia will scatter her errors through the world provoking wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated."

This has happened, but what are the errors of Russia and have we overcome them yet. To understand this we must look at the evolution of these errors throughout the 100 year rein of Satan and how the Church fought against them. Then look at what part of these errors we (as Catholics) still hold on to - thinking they are good and proper. These are what I call "Remnants of Communism". Lets look at these 100 years of Satan.

The scientific revolution was in reality in the eighteenth century under the Catholic Kings and the Church but the nineteenth century could be called the century of Applied Science. Applied Science is the use of the inventions of the eighteenth century for the betterment of mankind. In 1708 Richard Arkwright erected the first power factory. Thus rose the factories of the nineteenth century and its problems. The major problem being the change in the family structure. Applied Science brought with it electric lighting, electric motive force, automobiles, airplanes, telegraph, telephone, photographing, electrotyping, stereopticons, cinematographs, concrete construction, rubber, purification of water and improvement of crops. Science was a wonder of the age and produced a pre-occupation of the health and well-being of the body and the neglect of the cure of souls. Men went into factories instead of working at home with the family as they had for thousands of years. In fact the factory was better suited to the small hands of women and children and so in time they held more of the jobs and the men were out of work. Complaints against the factories and the new millionaires prompted an attack against the family itself in order to save the new workers for the factories.

The Scientific Revolution produced a third kind of science in the likes of the evolutionists. Alexander Von Humboldt wrote the "Cosmos" which was half science and half philosophical, and denied any power outside and beyond science. Then came Sir Charles Lyell who wrote "Principles of Geology" and the uniformitarian theory, the foundation stone of evolution but not a science at all. He latter applied this non-science to man in "Geological Evidences of the Antiquity of Man" In this he came up with a long age for the earth in sharp contrast to the Bible. Then came Darwin and the "Origin of Species". In 1860 Herbert Spencer applied the concept of evolution to societies and came up with the new philosophies of psychology and sociology. In the evolution of false science there then came Thomas Huxley and "Man's Place in Nature". Huxley constantly attacked the foundations of religion and declared "there is no evidence of the existence of such a being as God. ... Actions we call sinful are part and parcel of the struggle for existence." It was Huxley that advocate "scientific breeding" for the good of society. Believing in these false scientists Ernest Renan waged a lifelong war against historic Christianity starting with "Higher Criticism."

The Secret societies of the Carbonari and Freemasons had produced the failed French Revolution (1789-1799). Liberty, equality and Fraternity (sovereignty, individual rights, and national patriotism) was the battle cry but the facts were Individual liberty, constitutionalism, including representative government, universal manhood suffrage and nationalism. Militarism of heavier armaments perceived to guarantee the maintenance of the capitalist system. Free public, secular education, to guarantee an educated working class and to maintain a separation of Church and State. Prince Louis Napoleon, member of the Carbonari, participated in the insurrection of 1831 against the Pope. By applying this third kind of science to people the Freemasons and Carbonari had a new weapon against the Church and the Church fought back. Belief in the Doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church became known as Clericalism, and was in opposition to Nationalism and Liberalism

In 1815 the Holy Alliance (Russia, Austria and Prussia) declared that Justice, Christian Charity and Peace would be the battle cry of the Kingdoms against the cry of the republics, Liberty, equality and Fraternity, The Alliance said that Kings are fathers of families obliged to protect Religion, Peace and Justice.

In 1854 the Pope proclaimed the Dogma of the Immaculate Conception and in 1864 Pope Pius IX wrote the Encyclicals "Quanta cura" and "Syllabus of Errors", holding to the complete independence of the ecclesiastical power and the compulsory unity of faith. He condemned freethinkers, agnostics, indifference, lay marriage, lay schools, secular sovereignty over ecclesiastical courts and obligatory vows and the nationalization of clergy by restriction their communication with Rome. To add a blow to these freethinkers in 1869 he opened Vatican I and stressed papal infallibility. At the end of Vatican I, 1870 the troops of the Italian Kingdom invaded Rome and made the Pope a prisoner of the Vatican.

The problem with Russia's errors is that they are not founded in Russia. The Pope who fought these errors the longest and new them the best was Pope Leo XIII. Understanding these errors long before Communism took over Russia, Pope Leo XIII, called by St. Malachy, "The Light Of The Heavens", wrote the Encyclical "On the Evils Affecting Modern Society". He points to attacks on authority of all kinds, even the pope's authority. "When the temporal sovereignty of the Apostolic See is in question, the cause of public good and the well-being of all human society is general are also at stake." To prove his point he looks back at history where the East was rich in its greatness, mode of living, science, art, and dignity until they cast off the unity with Rome. The same he shows to have happened to Eastern Europe and many other parts of the world. Pointing to the chef cause of evils of the modern times is attacks on the Christian family, the authority of the father and mother, Christian education, and indissolubility of the marriage sacrament, causing children to refuse obedience and reverence to their parents.

If he was a light from heaven, then his answers to these problems should be heaven's answers. He had a long run as Pope in troubled times. Right in the beginning of his pontificate he addressed the problem and wrote in 1878 the Encyclical, "Socialism, Communism, Nihilism" and "On The Evils Affecting Modern Society". The evils of Socialism (of which Communism and Nihilism are just branches) he said "defile the flesh, despise dominion and blaspheme majesty ... these sectaries withhold obedience and preach the perfect equality of all men in regard to rights and duties ... the natural union of man and woman they hold in scorn ... they attack the right of property ... and lawful inheritance ... and the hallowed dignity and authority of rulers. They have declared war on the Catholic Church, reject revelation and subvert supernatural order ... Governments have been organized without God and the order established by Him being taken at all into account. It has even been contended that public authority, with its dignity and its power of ruling, originated not from God but from the mass of the people, which considering itself unfettered by all divine sanction, refused to submit to any laws that it has not itself passed of its own free will. ... the very Author and Redeemer of mankind has been forced slowly and gradually to withdraw from the scheme of studies at universities, colleges, and high schools, as well as from all the practical working of public life.

 Pope Leo then quotes Scripture: "There is no power but from God; and those that are, are ordained of God. Therefore, he that resisteth the powers resisteth the ordinance of God. And they that resist, purchase to themselves damnation." Regarding equality he says that "in the heavenly kingdom itself, the choirs of angels should be of differing ranks, subordinated the one to the other; again just as it is in the Church. ... paternal authority over children and the duties of children to parents are necessarily and most harmfully slackened." The solution to this war with these new evils Pope Leo says is to "uphold the authority which God has established alike in the State and in the family circle ... relations of the State and of Religion are so bound together as that whatever is withdrawn form Religion impairs by so much the dutiful submission of the subject and the dignity of authority.

"Nor can that be regarded as liberty which, shamefully and by the vilest means, spreading false principles, and freely indulging the sensual gratification of lustful desires, claims impunity for all crime and misdemeanor, and thwarts the goodly influence of the worthiest citizens of whatsoever class."

He encouraged the "The Study of Scholastic Philosophy" siting St. Thomas who wrote on the true meaning of liberty, on divine origin of all authority, on the paternal and just rule of princes, on obedience to higher powers, on mutual charity. He then wrote the Encyclical, "Christian Marriage" and went through the entire bible to show that the marriage bond is an indissoluble sacrament and not under the regulation of the State. "Human society at large springs from marriage. ... nothing has such power to lay waste families and destroy the mainstay of kingdoms as the corruption of morals, it is easily seen that divorces are in the highest degree hostile to the prosperity of families and States, springing as they do from the depraved morals of the people, and, as experience shows us, opening out a way to every kind of evildoing in public alike and in private life."

In 1884 he wrote the Encyclical, "Freemasonry" whose "ultimate purpose forces itself into view, namely, the utter overthrow of that whole religious and political order of the world which the Christian teaching has produced, the substitution of a new state of things in accordance with their ideas, of which the foundations and laws shall be drawn from mere Naturalism. ... what in secret among themselves that have for a long time plotted, that the sacred power of the Pontiffs must be abolished, and that the Pontificate itself, founded by divine right, must be utterly destroyed." Freemasonry states "that youth should be instructed, is that which they call 'civil' and 'independent' and 'free' namely, that which does not contain any religious belief. ... in the education of youth nothing is to be taught in matters of religion. ... in politics ... that no one has the right to command another ... that power lies in the multitude or in the governing authority when this is constituted according to the latest doctrines ... that whosoever rules, he is the minister of God ... to Communists and Socialists the sect of Freemasonry is not hostile, but greatly favors their designs, and holds in common with them their chief opinions.

In 1884 Pope Leo XIII saw Christ and Satan talking, and heard Christ give to Satan 100 years of greater power to try and destroy the Catholic Church and then wrote on "The Christian Constitution of States" It is not difficult to determine what would be the form and character of the State were it governed according to the principles of Christian philosophy ... But as no society can hold together unless some one be over all, directing all to strive earnestly for the common good, every civilized community must have a ruling authority, and this authority, no less than society itself, has its source in nature, and has, consequently, God for its author ... in civil society, God has always willed that there should be a ruling authority ... They, therefore, who rule should rule with even-handed justice, not as masters, but rather as fathers, for the rule of God over man is most just, and is tempered always with a father's kindness. All who rule, therefore, should hold in honor the holy name of God, and one of their chief duties must be to favor religion, to protect it, to shield it under the credit and sanction of the laws, and neither to organize nor enact any measure that may compromise its safety. Pope Leo used the example of the Christian Kings who civilized all of Europe were always guided by Christian principles. He shows that the Church (the soul) and the State (the body) from nature itself must be joined together. God "joinest together, not in society only, but in a sort of brotherhood, citizen with citizen, nation with nation, and the whole race of men, by reminding them of their common parentage. Thou teachest kings to look to the interests of their people, and dost admonish the people to be submissive to Kings."

"To exclude the Church, founded by God Himself, from the business of life, from the power of making laws, from the training of youth, from domestic society, is a grave and fatal error. A State from which religion is banished can never be well regulated; and already perhaps more than is desirable is known of the nature and tendency of the so-called civil philosophy of life and morals."

"On the question of the separation of Church and State the same Pontiff (Gregory XVI) writes as follows; 'Nor can we hope for happier results either for religion or for the civil government from the wishes of those who desire that the Church be separated from the State, and the concord between the secular and ecclesiastical authority be dissolved."

"From these pronouncements of the Popes it is evident that the origin of public power is to be sought for is God, Himself, and not in the multitude, and that it is repugnant to reason to allow free scope for sedition." (Leo XIII)

Countries that have favored the Catholic Church have existed from the time of the conversion of Constantine. At one time all of Europe was made up of Catholic Countries united by one King, who was called the Holy Roman Emperor. With this marriage of Church and State, the Catholic Church was brought to the new world, to the Americas, to Asia, to the Islands, to India, to China, to Japan, to Russia, to the world. Without this marriage of Church and State, none of these new discoveries by the Catholic Kings would ever have known God's Kingdom on Earth. Priests went freely on State ships. The State helped build schools, hospitals and orphanages but gained greatly in this as the cost to tax payers was low on account of the priests and nuns who ran these.

Although favoring the Catholic Church, other religions were also protected even from the time of Constantine, for as Pope Leo XII says "And in fact the Church is wont to take earnest heed that no one shall be forced to embrace the Catholic faith against his will, for, as St. Augustine wisely reminds us, 'Man cannot believe otherwise than of his own free will." Nonetheless, it is beyond human reason why a country that has 80 to 90% Catholics would have laws void of any Catholic teachings on family live, justice and morals.

Some American Bishop's were claiming that America was the most perfect government and that American Catholics should be under a different kind of moral law. In response Leo wrote "Americanism" and called special moral treatment a heresy especially regarding marriage. Although America was in form an absolute monarchy, in that its written law was the absolute power whereby no one could change it - not the people or those who governed, with a supreme court and a president taking oaths to protect that absolute power of the written word. This form of government was in many ways the same as the Catholic Church, with written law as the final word, and a Pope to protect the meaning of that law. Nonetheless, what America lacked was the marriage between the Church and the State.

In 1895 Pope Leo XIII wrote the Encyclical, "The Unity Of The Church" and pleaded with all Christians to come back to the true Church as he felt the forces of Satan were so strong that unless the Christian world united again under the Roman Pontiff, as it was for a 1000 years, all of Christianity would be destroyed. He then consecrated the world to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

At the end of his Pontificate Pope Leo XIII summed up the problems of modern man as the destruction of authority, first in the family, then in the state, and then in the Church, itself. Those bent on this destruction of authority were secrete societies pushing new philosophies designed to take religion, morals, justice and even peace out of civilization. Civilization is a chain of command instituted by God, and without it there is no civilization. Without God there would be nothing but war and more war.

 These new republics began to take over all of Europe, whereas at the turn of the century all were Kingdoms run by Kings and Queens and most were Catholic Kingdoms. There was no separation of Church and State, not even in America. America, unlike every other country in the world, favored no one religion, but it was founded on Christian principles and the Catholic Church was by far the largest. Catholics held most government posts. Copying America, some Kingdoms adopted Constitutions. Pope Leo said that Constitutional Government, whether monarchical or republican, centralized or federal, parliamentary or congressional, should have no power to restrict certain rights and privileges that were held to be inherent in the individual citizen - the natural law.

Liberty meant the freedom to sin. In America, Liberty meant restrictions on government and the right of the people to resist the government and the arms to do so. But in Europe (and the free thinkers) all rights went to the government and their idea of freedom was freedom from the Church and morals. Equality was not economic equality or even equality of opportunity as in America but total equality of everything. Fraternity means vigorous national patriotism or protecting the government. Patriotism was also a way to split up the large Kingdoms into small governments that the Freemasons and Carbonari could handle for they wanted money to control people and not justice.

To understand how there can be an era of peace and what that means, we must look again at the condition of the world at the time of the apparitions. What was really happening is a mystical war between Governments set up by God by divine right and governments set up by man for human rights.

Between 1871 to 1914 were 43 years of unbroken peace. This peace allowed the development of political changes derived respectively from the Industrial Revolution and the French Revolution. There was also the Europeanizing of the world in those years as Imperialism made a mad scramble for the partition of the globe. There was the steady advance of science. At the end of the 19^th Century most all of Europe was made up of Catholic Kingdoms with Kings at the helm.

The French Revolution failed but the real Monarchy in France was dead. Napoleon tried to become a Monarch even arresting the Pope to have him crowned and that failing tried to marry into the Royal Blood. Again a second Republic failed and again a form of Monarchy was restored. During this period of history a great push was made by the secrete societies for nationalism. Over the years Kings had divided Europe by intermarriage and peace agreements. The New World was divided with the help of the Pope by first right of discovery and the work of conversion by the Church. The Moslem threat was solved by treaties with Turkey and large occupations of Moslem countries by France, Spain and Portugal. The Large land holdings of the Hapsburg Monarchy held back the Moslems in Eastern Europe and a deal was made with the Moslems in the Algarve of Portugal where the Algarve would be a separate country ruled by the Catholic King, who would protect the Moslems living there. Kingdoms were not divided by language and culture but by Catholic and Non-Catholic. The Kingdoms were large and strong and therefor peace could be maintained. These Catholic countries had to be overturned with the cry of nationalism. By their definition of nationalism, California has the right to become a separate country since it is over 50% Mexican with many speaking only Spanish. By their definition of nationalism the South had the right to be a separate country from the North in America.

Italy was trying to take over the temporal sovereignty of the Papal States but the Pope was protected by France. Germany and France were at odds over the ownership of Alsace - Lorraine. In 1850 Roman Catholic monks and Orthodox monks fought over ownership of the Holy Places in Palestine and Russia placed the Orthodox in Eastern Europe under its protection. Germany and Austria were making plans to take over the Ottoman Empire and drive the Moslems out. Russia was not Catholic but Orthodox and the Ottoman Empire preferred the Orthodox and in fact picked the Patriarchs as a deal for peace, however in the 19^th Century hundreds of thousands of Catholics were killed in Moslem countries. To hold back both the Russians and the Ottoman Empire it was necessary for the Austria-Hungary Empire to control Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as parts of Montenegro, which had belonged to the Ottomans. This was the area where Moslems, Orthodox and Catholics met and mixed together. The Russian Orthodox wanted it. The Moslems wanted it. The Catholics controlled it. What kept the Catholic Kings from fighting over land was the Pope, himself. Had all Europeans been devout Catholics or had all civilized men been under the temporal authority of a single sovereign, such as a Roman Emperor, a real Pax Romana might have saved Europe.

To destroy this fragile peace it was necessary to control the Pope, and to instigate a war between the Monarchs of Different Religious backgrounds. Applying the Darwin theory that might makes right the secret societies planed for all out war. Appealing to Nationalism, the King of France was shot and later Archduke Francis Ferdinand Habsburg was shot by a Bosnian Serb in Bosnia. His piety had made him a favorite to the Catholic World and he was heir to the throne.

Germany pushed Austria-Hungary into military action against Bosnia. Russia sided with the Serbs. France had a treaty with Russia and swore to go to their defense. The Great War broke out and France was quickly overrun. Napoleon III was overthrown and a third Republic was born. The Russian Monarch was overthrown and a Republic was born in Russia. Italy invaded the Papal States and placed the Pope as a prisoner of the Vatican. England had long been a Republican Monarchy and sided with the two newly created Republics to halt the Catholic Monarchs. What started out as a small war between Orthodox and Catholic Kings had become a war between Catholic Kings and Republics.

Portugal was the first after that to loose its Catholic Government as it went to a Republic under Masons in 1910. Then the Netherlands overthrew their king and became a Republic. America under the leadership of Woodrow Wilson, an avowed Mason, entered the war on the side of the Republics changing it to a war to "save the world for democracy". During the Great War Mary appeared to three children in Fatima, Portugal. The Masons in Portugal had vowed to wipe out the Catholic Church in one generation but She said, "Portugal will not loose the doctrine of faith." The New Russian republic was on the side of the Allied Forces and She said, "Russia will spread her errors throughout the world." On the last day of the Apparitions Leon Trotsky left New York armed with $20 million dollars from the Chase Manhattan Bank, a small army of New York citizens, and orders to overthrow the Russian Republic. He picked up Vladimir Ulianov, (Nicholas Lenin) in Switzerland, and they entered Russia on October 13, 1917. The plan was to carry socialism from Russia to the whole world. World Socialism is Communism.

The Great War and the Peace of Paris marked the all but universal triumph of the principal of nationalism, the doctrine that the people who speak the same language and share the same historic traditions shall live together under a common policy of their own making. The prophet and seers of the new era did not decry nationalism in behalf of an utopian cosmopolitanism, they extolled nationalism both as desirable in itself and as a starting point to internationalism. They preach democracy but no one can vote for a Monarchy or a Catholic Country.

Four great non-nationalistic states were dismembered: Austria-Hungary, Turkey, Russia, and Germany. During the war a young man by the name of Charles Von Habsburg took over Austria-Hungary and tried to make peace but before he could the war was over. He, his wife and eight children were jailed on the Portuguese Island of Madera. The Allied Forces left him so little food rations (which he gave to his children) that he died on April Fools Day, April 1, 1922 of starvation. He was buried in an exposed steel coffin with a crown of thorns over the top. Zita, his wife went to Starnburg, Germany and raised her children there. When all eight children were grown she went to Switzerland and entered a convent. Otto became the heir to the Holy Roman Empire and Karl after him. Some years later a blind woman happened to lean against the coffin of Charles Von Habsburg and was instantly cured. After that hundreds of people went to the coffin and were cured. His body was found to be incorrupt and he was beatified. Zita is being investigated as it is said that she had visions in the convent.

In 1918 the year after the apparitions of Fatima, the following Kings were overthrown and made into Republics: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Dutch Netherlands, Esthosia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Prussia, Rumania, Serbia, and Slovenia. Portugal, France, Italy, and England were already Republics by 1918. Later Turkey, Spain, Greece, and Yugoslavia became Republics. Spain returned to a Monarchy and Portugal returned to a form of Monarchy until 1974. Some of the Kings stayed as figureheads. Most were banned from their own countries or killed.

In the interest of nationalism all the territory gains of the Catholic Countries were dismantled in Africa, Asia, America, the Near and Far East. Today in the Americas any form of government is OK under the Monroe Doctrine except a Monarchy. In England a King cannot be Catholic. In Portugal the Monarchy Party is against the law even if the people want it.

The next step is to internationalism. To that end, he battle cry of the Republics is separation of Church and State, disarm the people, civil education and open borders. It is a war between an international Church and an international State.

"In the end My Immaculate Heart will triumph." Triumph over what? For me it is not just communism, but the errors of communism, which are atheism, nationalism, internationalism, socialism, naturalism, Satanism, Illuminati, Darwinism, republicanism, democracy, civil education, sociology, psychology and the separation of Church and State. In America when they created a Constitutional Republic they did it to "prevent the country from ever becoming a democracy." (Jefferson) They knew that people rule would end up mob rule, and that elected rulers could be corrupted, therefor they wanted to be ruled by written law. The other countries opted for pure democratic republics.

What happened when all Divine Authority of Kings, Fathers and Mothers was destroyed? Liberty brought on fear by the new leaders, so they outlaws guns except in the hands of the state. This also took away the Divine Authority of fathers to protect their families and gave that to the state. Even to children, who at one time were all armed, now had to give way to might or to the bully. In the government, authority had to be enforced by the army instead of the Divine Right of the Blood of Kings from God. Without the final voice of the Pope to settle disputes, armies had to become larger and larger.

Liberty meant liberty from morals, so came the never-ending changes as to what each person felt was moral. What was moral in the thirties became old-fashioned in the forties. What was immoral in the forties became normal in the fifties. On and on until everything was not only acceptable as moral but even enforced by law down the throats of those who could not accept the new morality. To be against the killing of babies is to be against the state. To be prejudice against homosexuals is to be criminal against the state and to have a sickness called homophobia. If you want to exert your authority as a father or mother, you could be jailed for child abuse (even verbal).

Nationalism (Fraternity) left hundreds of countries in the Americas, Africa, Asia, India, the Islands, and Europe without capable leaders. In Portugal governments changed hands almost every month. Unable to control the masses by 1984 their evolved by force of arms 87 dictatorships throughout the world: no King, no democracy, no republic but dictatorships by force of arms. Civil war broke out in South America and Africa and millions lost their lives by war, poverty and famine. Russia, China, all Eastern Europe and all South Asia were under dictatorships. The cry for democracy ended in 87 newly created Dictatorships like Hitler.

Church-State Governments remained in the world but not one Catholic Church-State Government. England remained a Protestant Church-State Government with Catholics outlawed from public office. Russia became a Church-State Government with the official religion Atheism but they officially allowed the Russian Orthodox to exist but not Catholics. This became true also in all the Eastern Europe countries where only the Orthodox were allowed. In China the Government could not wipe out the Catholic Church so they created their own officially recognized Catholic Church in which the government picked all the bishops. All the Moslem countries became Church-State Governments with some allowing other religions to exist but persecuted, and others outlawing all other religions. Saudi Arabia allows no other religion, Syria allows no other religion to hold government jobs, and Libya allows no one but Moslems. Turkey is officially Moslem but allows others under strict control. Iran and Iraq are Moslem governments who just barely tolerate Catholics and Orthodox. Sudan is trying to ethnic cleanse all Catholics.

Equality did not become equal opportunity but total equality between all classes, rich and poor, old and young, smart and dumb, cultured and uncultured, moral and immoral, civilized and uncivilized. It did not create equality because that is not even possible, but it did create class warfare between parents and children, black and white, male and female, husband and wife, Jews and non-Jews, Catholics and Protestants, homosexuals and non-homosexuals.

The results are self-evident. Since the takeover of the world by Republics in 1918 more people have died at the hands of their own governments in 90 years than in all the rest of the history of the world put together, over 100 million. Under Republics more people have died in wars between nations than in all the rest of the history of the world put together, over 300 million.

Triumph over what? Not just communism but the entire goal of the secrete societies to create a world without the Catholic Church, a world based on Naturalism and Satanism or the Illumination.

Three Popes consecrated the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, but in each case Lucia said it was done wrong. When Pope John Paul II sent his Secretary to Coimbra to find out exactly what Our Lady wanted, he found out that what was most important was not the wording, but the unity between the Holy Father and the Bishops throughout the world. This unity must be very important because Lucia says she now prays everyday for Christian unity.

After the Pope consecrated the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1984 (100 years exactly after Satan was granted more power) all the gains of the secrete societies began to fall apart one by one. Within 10 years 87 dictatorships fell, the Berlin Wall came down, Eastern Europe was freed from communism, and a whole chain of events have taken place to give us hope. But the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is an ongoing process says Lucia. I believe it is an ongoing process that will wipe out the gains of the Satanists (the Illuminati) and restore Christian societies based on Justice, Christian Charity and Peace. I believe She will restore Catholic Church-State governments not all over the world but at least in all Christian countries. I believe She will restore the Unity of the Catholic Church as it was before 1054 AD. I believe She will restore Divine Right Authority in the Church, in the State, in Families. She will restore the Authority of the Holy Father over everything. I believe She will restore the Authority of the Holy Roman Emperor over all Catholic Kings. I believe She will restore Catholic Kings in all Christian nations and the Authority of Fathers and Mothers. This is my own ideas but in my way of thinking based on the history I just demonstrated, it can be no other way.  

I believe the return back to Catholic Counties with Catholic Governments and Catholic Kings united by a Catholic Emperor watched over by the Holy Father will start in Portugal. That is why I have come to live in Portugal. Portugal is the only country in the world where the Kings all gave their crowns to Our Lady and declared Her Queen of the country. Portugal has never lost the faith. Portugal has Saint Michael as its protector. Even today in Portugal the Church has the most freedom of any European Country. As early as 737 AD, Our Holy Mother and Saint Michael helped the Kings of Portugal win the land for the Church. In 737 AD Dom Pelayo defeated the Muslims at Covadonga and was proclaimed king, but this was with the help of an apparition of the Virgin Mary and Saint Michael. Mary and Saint Michael have helped the Kings of Portugal every since with apparitions, miracles, and miraculous victories. She picked Portugal to announce Her victory and from Portugal it will come.

You can never have Justice without authority. You can never have Christian Charity without a Church-State, and you will never have Peace without an ultimate authority in the Church and in the State. We are at war with Satanism for a worldwide government. They want a League of Nations or United Nations. They want a World Court. They want a World Bank. They are winning. But Our Lady said, "In the end My Immaculate Heart will triumph."

If She is to triumph with our help, you must rid yourselves of these brainwashed ideas of the last 100 years, like democracy, where the winner is the one who promises the most to the most but delivers the least to the most and is financed by the ones who have the most money. A King cannot be corrupted because he has nothing to loose or to gain by being bribed or influenced. Equality is impossible and not even just. Nationalism is against Christian Charity and Christian Unity for Christians are one body (bone for bone, blood for blood, flesh for flesh) no matter what color they are or what language they speak.. Nationalism divides and divisions is demonic.

Inductive reasoning demands some ear at this time regarding unity. If we consider the household, whose end is to teach its members to live rightly, there is need for one called the pater-familias, or for someone holding his place, to direct and govern, according to the philosopher when he says, "Every household is ruled by its eldest." It is for him, as Homer says, to guide and make laws for those dwelling with him. From this arises the proverbial curse, "May you have an equal in your house."

The state of being is naturally antecedent to unity, and unity to goodness; that which has the most complete state of being has the most complete unity and complete goodness. And as far as anything is from complete being, just so far is it from unity and also from goodness. In every class of objects the best is the most unified. From this it would seem that unity is the root of goodness, and multiplicity is the root of evil. We can thus see that to sin is nothing else than to despise unity. Therefore it is established that every good thing is good because it subsists in unity. For this reason the word "demonic" means "To divide".

Civilization requires unity and unity requires order, and order requires authority; authority requires obedience; obedience requires knowledge; knowledge requires truth; truth requires love; love is the end of all Christian philosophies and happiness. Authority must be ultimate and not at the whim of the lesser, lest there be only authority when the lesser agrees with the greater. In civilization there must be classes of authority or a chain of command for one man cannot be in all places to govern. But who is the ultimate authority and why? What happens if an authority is bad, ignorant or incompetent?

In the Bill Unam Sanctam, November 18, 1302 by Pope Boniface VIII, the Holy Father re-states that there is no salvation or remission of sins outside the Church and then goes on to talk about Church-State relations.

That ultimate authority must therefore be the Holy Father, who can make kings and take kingdoms away; who can make Emperors and take Empires away. But he, himself, has only God as his judge. So now in the pyramid of authority we have the top ultimate authority. What then of the other sword, the temporal sword? Why did Peter go to Rome? Why did Peter die in Rome? Why did every other Pope stay in Rome knowing he would die a martyr's death if he stayed? Why did Paul end up in Rome? The first 20 to 30 Popes were martyrs simply because they would not leave Rome. The answer lies in the History of the Jews. The Jews were overrun by three kingdoms and yet in every case the Jews converted the Emperor (at least enough to allow them freedom) and grew greater simply because of these kingdoms. But in the prophesies of Daniel, there was a forth Kingdom of iron which shall be "greater than all the kingdoms and shall devour the whole earth..." That kingdom is Rome and during the power of that kingdom, God shall set up His kingdom that shall never be destroyed and shall consume all these kingdoms. (Daniel 2:44) Peter and the rest of the Popes knew that they must stay in Rome until they consumed the Roman Empire and converted the Emperor. And so they did under Constantine the Great. After him came what is known as The Holy Roman Emperors. He became the other sword. There were many kings but only one other sword. As long as this unity existed between the two swords, peace in the world lasted. But whenever the Emperor resisted the power of the first sword, problems entered the world.

In the early Church the Emperor of the world even bowed down to the authority of a minor bishop in maters spiritual. A case in point is Saint Ambrose, who refused to let the Holy Roman Emperor into Church until he reconciled a sin made by his men and passed a law preventing that sin from happening again. After that Saint Ambrose refused to let the Holy Roman Emperor on the altar, as he said, that was for priests and servers only. The Emperor and Saint Ambrose both knew that in matters spiritual the priest was higher in authority than the Emperor, but the Pope is higher in both the spiritual and the temporal.

A perfect government must be a Catholic government because it is God's will that His Kingdom be like the Kingdom in Heaven. Unlike the Temporal Kings, the Spiritual Kingdom of God on Earth has written law, and a living authority to make interpretations of that law. The problem with the kingdoms of the past and their kings is that they had no written law leaving all to the whim of the King.

For me, and this is only me thinking, the perfect government would be a government run be written law, designed by the bishops and Pope of the Church, administered by one Holy Roman Emperor throughout the Christian world, with Kings in each other country with absolute power to enforce that written law, but each under the authority of the Holy Roman Emperor, who is under the Pope, who is under God. The Catholic Church is run like that and has outlasted every other kingdom in the world. Even in the Jewish Kingdom of old the King bowed to the authority of the Priest; in fact, the authority of the King came from the anointing of the Priest.

Even democratic elections to vote for administrators of that constitution are to me a poor system. Salazar was not elected, he was selected from the University as being the best educated in Portugal in matters of governments and finance. Under him Portugal stayed out of war and had the soundest bank system in Europe backed by the largest gold reserves. This same method of selecting the best at what he does, instead of those who talk and sell themselves the best, would protect a country from the problems of corruption and financial collapse like in Argentina. Elected officials must get what they can out of the government because they may not be elected the next time. To get elected they must promise what they cannot deliver without little by little bankrupting the country. Behind the elected officials is the real people who run the government from one elected official to the next, but they never get credit for it. In companies, in the military, in Universities, in hospitals and in the Church it is the best qualified that runs things but not in democratic governments.

Am I then denying people the power to pick their government? No! No government can rule people who do not want that government Under republics and dictatorships something happened that never happened before in history. These governments outlawed citizens to arm themselves. Before the republics no one ever conceived of the idea that a person should not be armed to protect himself. Those countries that still have citizens who are well armed (Israel and Switzerland) have the least amount of crime and the best protection against outside force. The biggest reason for citizens to be armed, of course, is to protect themselves against a bad government. Let us assume that a country chooses to have a Catholic King with a constitution. In time the Kings become corrupt but he controls the army and police. The Pope excommunicates him and removes his authority (like Saul) and replaces him with another (like David), but just like Saul, he refuses to step down and the army backs him. This is when people power come to the rescue. What army will go against an entire country that is armed? Let us also assume that a Catholic Country becomes Protestant (unlikely if the schools are Catholic) and no longer wants control by Catholics. In this case the country should change, but in no case should it become non-religious, because even in a Protestant country it is better to have a Church-State government where morals are the law.

On January 10.2001 Pope John Paul II lamented that "no explicit mention was made of communities of religious believers" referring to initiatives for writing a "Constitution for the Union." ...The marginalization of religions, which have contributed and continue to contribute to the culture and humanism of which Europe is legitimately proud, strikes me as both an injustice and an error of perspective. ... To recognize an indisputable historical fact in no way means to disregard the modern demand for States to have an appropriate non-confessional character, and therefore Europe as well." [In other words, a non Religious character] The new constitution for the Union of European Countries will outlaw the concept of a Religious State and therefore only Moslem countries will have them.

For me, and this is only me thinking, this perfect Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, this perfect unity of Church and State, kingdom and kingdom, is the only way all of the Christian world will ever come back together as one single Holy Catholic Church as it is in Heaven. This is the dream of every Pope since Leo XIII but it will never happen until we first restore the Monarchs of the Christian world. Let us start in Portugal with a government designed by the Church, with Christian justice, Christian morals, Christian families, Christian schools, Christian Charity towards non-Christians and other countries. Let the rest of the world look on and envy the unity of families, moral schools, Christian health care, low taxes, honest and polite military and police, and a just and moral government.

In the end the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph when the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth is united both Church and State, and when all Christians who left the Church return as one Kingdom. I do not hope for more that Christian unity because Moslems and Jews are reserved to the last days of the Antichrist and his fight with Henoch and Elias. I do hope for:
