The thing that compels me to write this
One of the great things I learned on my own in
becoming a Catholic, is that most of the mistakes
Protestants make regarding scripture are 180% wrong. Sometimes these mistakes
are a result of several mistakes put together. In the case of rapture (a word
not in the bible) their mistake comes from a misinterpretation of the thousand
year raign of
Lets explain first what is meant by rapture. It comes from two passages from the New
Testament: Luke 17:35-36 Two women shall be
grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 36Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be
taken, and the other left.
1 Corinthians 15:52: “In an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”
The first passage is the rapture but the second is
not, however both are in the same hour. Now Protestants believe that at the
second coming of

Even in Our Doctrine of the
Faith we teach that one of the name of our church is the Kingdom of Heaven and
from this we talk about the three stages of that kingdom, the Kingdom Militant,
the Kingdom Suffering and the Kingdom triumphant, like a continuing road to the
inside Kingdom.
Now the Bible in Numbers and
Luke divides the history of the world into six ages called millenniums, however
none of these are exactly 1000 years.
The first age to the flood was 1600 years and the last age, or
generation has already been over 2000 years but is still the last age or
generation and the seventh is the day of rest in Heaven forever. We can add to
this the chaining of Satan at the time of
The greatest mistake of
Protestants is the Second Coming of
Then I bring up the following passage on the Second
Coming:
Acts 1:10:11 “And while they were beholding Him going
up to heaven, behold two men appeared by them in white garments. Who also said
to them: You men of
Matthew 24:23-27Then if any man say to you: Lo there
is
Matthew 24:29-31 And
immediately after the
tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened and the moon will not give
her light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of heaven will
be moved. And then will appear the sign of the Son
of Man in heaven, and then will all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they
will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with much power and
majesty. And he will send his angels with a trumpet, and a great voice, and
they shall gather his elect from the four winds, from the farthest parts of the
heavens to the utmost bounds of them.
At His Second Coming He will gather all His elect, who
are left on the earth. Who are left?
What happened to the Raptured?
I Thessalonians 4:15 For this
we say to you in the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who remain unto
the coming of the Lord, will not prevent (come before) them who have slept.
I Thessalonians 4:16 Then we who are alive, who are left will be taken up
together with them in the clouds to meet
Now this passage proves that at the end of the world
2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, and the elements will be dissolved with fire, and the earth and the works that are upon it will be burned up.
Rev 21:1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed
away, and the sea was no more.
2Thess 2:8-12 - And then
shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of
his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him,
whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying
wonders

2:3-4 Let no one deceive you in any way; for that day will
not come, unless
the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of
perdition, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object
of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself
to be God.

you should not be raptured. Let us read the last chapter of my book, The
Ark of Apocalypse, which is a story form book of the future from now to the end
of the world, and then a second book of all the prophesied that prove the
story. Then after you read this and if you want to know more, I have included
many more bible passages about the chastisement and the antichrist.
The End of the World
The rain fell throughout the
world and on
Throughout the world, people
were rejoicing, dancing and feasting. Those who could not marry during the time
of the Antichrist called priests to come and marry them. The Holy Mass came
back into the open and many went daily to the Sacrifice of Calvary. Those who
had the mark of the beast on their right hands and forehead did not come back
to the sacraments but despaired of forgiveness and seemed to lack in grace.
Sorrow engulfed them and they could not rejoice. Everyone believed that peace
had returned to the earth. They went back to a normal life but with almost
daily merrymaking.
On the 45th day
after the death of the Antichrist the sky was blue with scattered white clouds
drifting slowly around. It was calm and beautiful. But slowly the sky parted
like a zipper and a pure white light came forth from a line in the sky from the
Eastern horizon to directly above everyone s head.
Everyone on earth turned
their eyes to the sky and calmly looked at the strange sight. As the opening
spread there appeared a large cross of
pure white light and on the cross was
He lifted up His hand towards
the earth. Suddenly in the twinkling of
an eye half the people on the earth disappeared. People who were standing
together suddenly were standing alone. One disappeared and the other remained
standing. All over the world over a hundred million people disappeared and a
hundred million remained. All who had
the mark of the beast disappeared.
Fear and wonder attacked
those who remained on earth and they looked up to the sky again.
Again
When all were gone into the
Heavens
This is His Second Coming.
He then
ascended to the upper heaven. Trillions of people and angels awaited Him. Again
He waved His hand and the entire Heavenly Jerusalem changed from a pure
spiritual sphere to a physical and spiritual Kingdom with both physical and
spiritual beings and things.

Isaiah 24:1 Behold the Lord shall lay waste the earth, and shall
strip it 24:3 With desolation shall the earth be laid
waste, and it shall be utterly spoiled, for the Lord has spoken it. 24:5 and the earth is
infected by the inhabitants thereof because they have transgressed the laws.
They have changed the ordinance. They have broken the everlasting covenant.
Isaiah 24:6 Therefore will a curse devour the earth, and the inhabitances thereof will sin, and therefore they that dwell therein will be mad, and few men will be left.
Isaiah 24:13 if a few olives remain should be shaken out of the olive tree or grapes when the vintage is ended, 24:14 these shall lift up their voice and shall give praise when the Lord shall be glorified. They shall make a joyful noise from the sea. 24:23 and the moon will blush and the sun will be ashamed.
Isaiah 2:2 And in the last days the mountain of the house of the
Lord shall be prepared on the top of mountains and it will be exalted above the
hills, and all nations will flow unto it.
Isaiah 2:4 And he shall judge the Gentiles and rebuke many people, and they shall turn their swords into ploughshares and their spears into sickles, nations shall not lift up sword against nations, neither shall they be exercised any more to war.
Isaiah 24:5-22 To them that come from a country far off, from the end
of heaven, the Lord and the instruments of his wrath, to destroy the whole land.
Behold, the day of the Lord will come, a cruel day,
and full of indignation and of wrath and fury to lay the land desolate and to
destroy the sinners thereof out of it.
For the stars of heaven and their brightness will not display
their light, and the sun will be darkened in its rising, and the moon will not
shine with its light.
I will visit the evils of the world, and against the
wicked for their iniquity: and I will make the pride of infidels to cease, and

A man will be more precious than gold, yea a man than
the finest of gold. For this I will trouble the heaven and the earth will be

Everyone that will be found will be slain and everyone that will come to their

not seek silver nor desire gold. By will their arrows they will kill the
children and will have no pity upon the sucklings of
the womb and their eyes will not spare the sons.

But wild beasts will rest there and their houses will
be filled with serpents and ostriches will well there and the hairy ones will
dance there and owls will answer one another there in the houses thereof and
sirens in the temples of pleasure.
Isaiah 34:2-3 For the indignation of the Lord is upon all nations and his fury upon all their armies. He has killed them and delivered them to slaughter. Their slain shall be cast forth and out of their carcasses shall raise a stink; the mountains shall be melted with their blood.
Ezekiel 38:5-8 The Persians, Ethiopians and Libyans
with them, all with shields and helmets. Gomer and all his bands, the house of Thogorma,

many days you shall be visited at the end of years and you shall come to the
land that has returned from the sword and is gathered out of many nations to
the mountains of Israel which have been continually waste, but it has been
brought forth out of the nations and they shall all of them dwell securely in
it.
Ezekiel 38:21 And I will call in the sword against him in all my mountains, said the Lord God, every man s sword shall be pointed against his brother.
Ezekiel 38:22 And I will judge him with pestilence, and with blood and with violent rain and vast hailstones. I will rain fire and brimstone upon him and upon his army and upon the many nations that are with him.
Ezekiel 39:9 And
the inhabitants shall go forth of the cities of Israel, and shall set on fire
and burn the weapons, the shields, and the spears, the bows and the arrows, and
handstaves and the pikes, and they shall burn them
with fire seven years.
Ezekiel 39:11-12 There shall they bury Gog and all his multitude and it
shall be called the valley of the multitude of Gog. And the house of
Ezekiel 39:14-15 And they
shall appoint men to go continually about the land to bury and to seek out them
that were remaining upon the face of the earth, that they may cleanse it and
after seven mouths they shall begin to seek.
Ezekiel 39:15 And they
shall go about passing through the land and when they shall see the bone of a
man, they shall set up a sign by it till the buriers bury it in the valley of
Gog.
Ezekiel 39:21 And I will set my glory among the nations and all nations shall see my judgment that I have executed and my hand that I have laid upon it.

stars, so that a third of their light was darkened; a third of the day was kept
from shining, and likewise a third of the night.
Rev 9:3-4 Then from the smoke came locusts on the earth, and they were given power
like the power of scorpions of the earth; they were told not to harm the grass
of the earth or any green growth or any tree, but only those of mankind who have not the seal of God upon their
foreheads....
Rev 9:15 So the four angels were released, who had been held ready for the hour, the day, the month, and the year,

armies that are in heaven followed him on white horses, clothed in fine linen,
white and clean. And out of his mouth proceeds a sharp two-edged sword, that
with it he may strike the nations.
And he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treads the winepress of the
fierceness of the wrath of God the Almighty. And he hath on his garment and on
his thigh written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
Wisdom 17:4-5 For neither did the
cave which enclosed them preserve
them from fear, because descending noises disturbed them, and the sorrowful
persons appearing to them intensified their fear. And, indeed, even fire had no strength to provide them light, nor could
the clear flames of the stars illuminate that horrible night.
Wisdom 17:6-8 Yet there appeared to them a sudden fire, filled with
fear; and, having been struck with the
fear of that face which is unseen, they considered those things which they did
see to be worse, and, having been ridiculed, the illusions were removed from
their arts along with their contemptuous rebuke of glorious wisdom. Indeed,
those who promised to drive away fears and disturbances from a languishing
soul, though they were filled with derision, were themselves languishing in
fear.
Wisdom 17:9-10 And, even if nothing unnatural disturbed them, yet being agitated by the passing of animals and
the hissing of snakes, they died of fear,
denying what they themselves saw even in the air, which no one thinks to be
able to escape. For, while there may be apprehension with wickedness, it gives
testimony to condemnation, for a troubled conscience always forecasts
harshness.
Wisdom 17:11-12 For fear is nothing else but
unfaithfulness to thinking helpful things. And, while expectation is driven from
within, the cause of this is supposing that one is great in knowledge, and as a
result, conflict excels.
Wisdom 17:13-15 Yet those who were truly powerless that night, being overcome by both the vilest and the
deepest hell, were sleeping the same sleep, sometimes stirred up by the fear of
unnatural things, other times sinking down in disgrace of soul, for a sudden
and unexpected fear overcame them.
Then, if any among them had fallen away, he was kept in a prison without bars
which had been left open.
Wisdom 17:16 For if a farmer, or a shepherd, or a worker in a field of labor were suddenly overcome, he endured an inescapable necessity.
Wisdom 17:19-20 For the whole world
was enlightened with a clear light, and
none were being hindered in their labors. But then, the heavy night was placed over the sun for them, an image of that
darkness which was about to overcome them. Yet they were more grievous to themselves than was the darkness.
6. Period of
Peace
Matthew 6:10 Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Acts 1:6-7 Lord,
will you now restore the

great voice came out of the temple, from the throne, saying, It is done!

their armies gathered to make war against him who sits upon the horse and
against his army. And the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who
in its presence had worked the signs by which he deceived those who had
received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped its image. These two were thrown alive into the lake
of fire that burns with brimstone. And the rest were slain by the sword of him
who sits upon the horse, the sword that issues from
his mouth....
Dan 8:25 - And through
his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall
magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also
stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
Rev 19:11-16 - And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse;

Answer: This quote of Jesus in
regards to the end times is found in Matthew 24:34, Mark 13:30, and Luke 21:32. Jesus said,
"Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these
things take place." The key to understanding what Jesus means is understanding the context; that is, understanding the verses
that are surrounding verse 34, but especially the verses prior to verse 34. In Matthew 24:4-31, Jesus is

believe that this teaching is in fact "A Demonic Deception". It
is a "False Hope" for people who think they are going to be
"Taken Away" while others are "Left Behind" to face The Tribulation...I
